Deliveries, Returns, refunds & replacement policy

This policy applies to everything you buy from Ades foods online, and if your items have been sold by one of our retail outlets, you may also be offered additional rights.
We take great pride in ensuring that our products get to you in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to replace or issue a full refund on most products, as long as it is within the relevant cancellation period.
For all non-edible grocery products you have 28 days to change your mind. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. Please note that proof of purchase is required.

DPD DELIVERY: Please note that we use a third-party delivery company meaning that hand-to-hand (doorstep) delivery of item(s) to blocks of flats, apartments and high-rise buildings might not be possible as a result of the location of the customer. Hence doorstep delivery is not an obligation to the DPD driver but under his discretion as he might or might not have the order delivered to doorsteps. However, the safe delivery of the item(s) is a top priority, and the driver will look to leave the item(s) in the safest and most appropriate place possible; which may include but is not limited to:

  • The first accessible entrance to your apartment
  • With a neighbor

Customers will get a notification of the location of delivery once the item(s) arrive. Customers will also get notified of the driver's estimated arrival time.

Products Not Refundable Unless Faulty
The following products are not refundable unless faulty:
  • Frozen, smoked or perishable goods
  • Baby food
  • Magazine where the seal has been broken
  • Top-ups and scratch cards are not refundable under any circumstances
