We take great pride in ensuring that our products get to you in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to replace or issue a full refund on most products, as long as it is within the relevant cancellation period.
For all non-edible grocery products you have 28 days to change your mind. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. Please note that proof of purchase is required.

We'd like you to be happy with everything you purchase from Ades. Should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the product in their original packaging and in their original condition with your proof of purchase, within 28 days from the day you receive the goods (the cancellation period) and we'll happily offer a refund. Note that we do not accept change of mind returns on certain products due to health and hygiene reasons: Frozen smoked or perishable goods and baby food once they've left the store.
